Our feeling, after looking at it and talking with the referees was that for a 16th technical, this wasnt one that we felt was justified,

I never knew that the rules for the 16th technical are different than the first 15 techs.

the last and final tech that gets you suspended should be dealt with like any other tech. you shouldn't get a free pass just because it's that final one.

not saying it didn't need to be rescinded because i didn't see it, but just in general.
