What's gonna happen with both BJ and Jackson next season anyway? Neither of them seem to be great off guards to be honest.

Brandon to the bench I would assume. Or traded. Stan made it clear this is Reggie's team now.

Think a trade is most likely. Don't think SVG wants to bury Dinwiddie on the bench, he is high on him.

bj will be traded i think, but his value will be low since he's coming off a serious injury.

9 mill (I think?) expiring though. I could see a team starving for some players like the Lakers willing to take him.
If not just keep him and use that cash next year.

i think the injury still lowers his value, despite his contract, plus his attitude. he's been fairly tame here but a trade could turn him back to a diva.

Yeah that's true. It will be interesting to see how that will play out.

Just excited for the off-season in general.

the cap rising this year and rumored for a huge increase next year(?) sucks for us. we have the money but so will bigger and better markets.

i am extremely excited for the offseason though. hoping stan really puts his stamp on the team

I'd like to see us push for Millsap to replace Greg.

id like that but i think seen his outside/midrange shot % is lower a D he takes more now. i still would be pleased with him but his money is probably gonna be high. we still have a lot of holes to plug imo, just a huge offseason for us.

The thing with having Drummond out there, is you can't afford to have another guy who can't play away from the paint. Infact, I would take it a step further. I've talked about the difference in "stretch fours" and "perimeter fours." Anthony Davis could be considered a stretch four, Ryan Anderson is a perimeter four. Detroit needs the latter to truly be successful.

Just look at what has happened since inserting Tolliver into the starting lineup. In 66 games before Tolliver, Detroit had a ORtg of 104.9, which is below the league average of 105.6 per 100 possessions. In the 11 games that Tolliver has started, they have an Ortg of 108.9, which would be about 7th in the league right now.

I'm going to see Pels vs Suns on Friday. I'm gonna finally be able to see all the glorious Pelicans in person, like Jimmer and Anthony Davis! I'm gonna see the future greatest player in the NBA! And also Anthony Davis!

I wonder if the Pels can at least compete with GSW tonight. If the Warriors skull-fuck them, I don't want to see anything but GSW/OKC in round one.

I think they could get by with a stretch four, per your definition. But yeah I agree with the general idea for sure.

And as I say that he picks up two quick ones, something must have been said at halftime.
