What's gonna happen with both BJ and Jackson next season anyway? Neither of them seem to be great off guards to be honest.
I think they could get by with a stretch four, per your definition. Just look at what has happened since inserting Tolliver into the starting lineup. In 66 games before Tolliver, Detroit had a ORtg of 104.9, which is below the league average of 105.6 per 100 possessions. In the 11 games that Tolliver has started, they have an Ortg of 108.9, which would be about 7th in the league right now.
