I don't think half the refs in the league understand continuation rules.  Westbrook was fouled at the top of the key and put the fucking ball back on the floor before laying it up, and still was credited with the basket.

It's not about not understanding the rules--it's about which player ignoring the rules will benefit.

14-32 is pretty much his shooting percentage on the season.  It's not terribly inefficient, plus he got to the line 15 times.

Man I love Bill Simmons and I listen to all his podcasts, but he is such a homer lol. He once mentioned a possible trade of Sullinger, Olynyk, and 2 1sts for Cousins. Lol wow.
