I'm getting so tired of the Pelican fan hate of Omer Asik. For example, a few possessions ago, Asik fought inside for an offensive board and got fouled, and as a result Eric Gordon hit a three on the extra possession. That won't show up in the box score. Possession after that he defends the rim and forces a miss, followed by a jam on the other end. You won't ever see any of that mentioned, but the second he does something goofy you will see ten posts about it.

Pelicans have a chance to take over the 8th seed in the West and completely shit the bed against a sub .500 Eastern Conference team.

Can't say I'm shocked.

The Pacers are 10-2 since February 1st, and are currently sitting in the 8 spot in the east.  
 
 

I'm just saying, I wouldn't be shocked if they do sneak in the back end of the playoffs in the east.  It's even more likely if George does make it back by March or so.

 
I posted that the night PG broke his leg, and like 3 people were aggressively shooting down that opinion.
