I've been saying for years but the Pelicans really need a Mardi Gras road trip.

At the time, even with KD and Russ being back for a month plus together, their offense was a mess.  This isn't my opinion.

Considering KD hasn't played a consecutive stretch of a full month all season, I'd say as usual, you're full of poop.

Lmfao they're literally averaging 106 points per game with Durant in the lineup, which would be top 5 in the league.

Bad offense.

They averaged 100.1 points during the stretch I'm talking about, which would be like 16th in the league.  And that is heavily skewed by back to back 127 point performances.

But if you want to use a number that means more when discussing the performance of a team, the 101.8 points per 100 possessions they averaged during that stretch would put them at 18th in the league.

So clearly I'm not talking out of my ass here, when I made that remark obviously offense was a problem.  That's great that they've got back on track, but that doesn't change the fact that they were struggling for a month offensively.

I don't think I ever actually said Austin Rivers is good lol, I did have confidence in his ability to improve though.

And it's nice that you harp on the few things I get wrong, but ask others and I'm sure they'll agree I'm far more often right than I am wrong.

Its even funnier because if CC had his own mythological heaven and hell, Morey would be the one greeting you in hell.

Think of a long line of players that oppose the team in my avatar before anybody else.

I don't dislike Morey at all though

Nola says that, as I paraphrase cuz my phone is stupid, that "in his prime, Rivers will be a good first guard off the bench, a very good one"

I also can't change my avi on my phone, so it'll be up for another month or so. There's a reason my avy isn't Edelman or Revis right now lol
