Monty is such a dumbass. Pondexter is a GREAT bench piece, and a luxury to have as a good defender and shooter.

He's improving, as the article states.  But I just don't get why he doesn't see more action.  He's no world beater and he probably wouldn't be a regular rotation piece on Final contending teams, but he's easily the best SF the Pelicans have.  Yet Monty is holding him on the bench more and more.
