Yea I know, but it could also show Hedo that they are willing to get better. And they already said they will go over the Tax to resign Hedo. If they do this and they do sign Hedo, tell me that lineup wouldn't be crazy.

That would be a great lineup, but my thinking is that they know they won't be able to get Hedo back.. Because that certainly would be a lot of shots to go around with Nelson / VC / Hedo / Shard / DH12 if they had them all.

realgm says the we're underway with talks for Rubio....

After Ricky Rubio skipped his introductory press conference with the Wolves, Marca.com says that discussions on a possible trade to send Rubio to the Knicks are under way.

The report cites sign-and-trades of David Lee and Nate Robinson, although such a deal could not be formally begin until July 1 and could not be consummated until after the July moratorium is lifted.

Marca.com says it can confirm these negotiations to send Rubio to New York, but there is no way to independently verify the report.

Their saying the pieces would involve Lee and Nate, but Im hoping thats a typo.

No way in hell should we trade both for Rubio, I would be cool with one, being that we wont be able to keep both and probably wont be able to keep either.

The Magic are expected to pursue free-agent forwards Rasheed Wallace and Brandon Bass this week.

Two NBA sources told Fan House that Orlando is interested in Wallace and Bass.

The Magic traded for Vince Carter on Thursday, and are now expected to let Hedo Turkoglu walk in free agency.

Wallace is expected to be pursued by both the Magic and Celtics, while Bass will be one of the best reserves on the market.

The last thing Orlando should want or need is Rasheed Wallace. With Gortat probably going elsewhere and Battie gone, they need a backup center more than anything, not another three-point jacker. Not to even mention Rasheed is very washed up and would hurt our team chemistry. I would like to get Bass though.

Whoever offers thwe most will win t the Sheed sweepstakes, if he was smart he'd sign with San Antonio or the Cavs. Orldano would be a nice fit too since their a perimeter oriented team, even though that may change a bit since Hedo's out and VC's in.

But the Spurs need his help the most IMO
