Can we just admit that Carroll is way more valuable than Anderson? That's all I want

Of course he is, that shouldn't even need to be said. But you need to aknowledge that S&T's are rarely fair or even deals.

Steph Curry was born in Akron and literally spent no time in the state of Ohio afterwards, remember that when he's a free agent

I will say this, I'm kind of Gentry over JVG because offense is winning in this league.

You get Gentry to coach your offense and get an assistant for defensive purposes

He's an unrestricted free agent who isn't going to be paid a max deal (I hope), sign and trade is almost 0% likely. What does he have to gain by signing with his original team, an extra year? (doubt it) more money? (doubt it)

Your original post had nothing to do with sign and trade anyways

We can't afford him otherwise, so again...not something that should needed to be said

I don't think you knew he was a FA when you posted it

I've been wondering what it would take to get Carroll from Atlanta. Ryno for Carroll?
Just for evidence that there was not even a hint of sign and trade in this post

I've talked about Carroll in the past and how much money he will make on his next contract. Hell he was an MLE target of mine last offseason before he blew up and the reports of the cap jumping came out. VERY aware he was a FA, this whole thing is connected to them possibly losing Millsap and Carroll being on the market, wouldn't have brought him up otherwise.

But then why would you offer a hypothetical trade for him when you knew he was a FA? You don't NEED to trade anyone to get him.

If he's getting 12-13M and you don't have enough cap space to sign him outright? Then someone needs to get traded.
