I disagree with that actually, that if the deal was essentially Love for Melo, with one other decent-ish asset going to Cleveland, and Melo signed off to do it, that he'd be a Cav.

He's 4 years older and would have the same issues Kevin does with being integrated into the offense as a 3rd option and contributing defensively, and he plays the same position as LeBron. Makes zero sense.

Might as well do the Kyrie for Paul trade if you do that one

neither wants to play PF full time, and Melo simply can't play there anyway

I question whether LeBron can co-exist with a ball dominant pass first PG

but i'd shoot myself if the trade happened before I could even see the result

doubt it

His playing value is significantly higher than his trade value

We'd move him if we upgraded, sure, but that's not happening

From what I hear in Boston (obv take with a grain of salt) is that there is a significant chance Horford wants to play in Boston next year, and that the Celtics don't want to lose any trade assets when they can outright sign him in FA

I can't imagine if we could get a trade done that we wouldn't, to save assets, nor am I sure Horford would choose us in FA. Just something to think of

But would he start over Kelly Olynyk and Tyler Zeller?

Also the type of questions that illustrate why change is happening at SI

Outside of just a few, most people strongly dislike your guys' trolling, as it hardly offers anything to the board. New members hardly come, because if they state ANYTHING that isn't to your likings, you'd bash them by either being overly sarcastic or just straight be rude. That's the opposite of what we want here as a board.

So when we change from SportzIn to The Sports Forum soon (yeah [member="Shaggy"], I'm on board now), shit posting like that won't happen. If you leave, you leave, but come on. Posts like that simply aren't productive towards the board's goals, and I can account for several members who agree with my sentiments

Lol I would be super disappointed if we went from such a dope, creative name to something as boring as that :/
