Join the NBA Re-Draft cheato
I feel like with signing LeBron they are kind of obligated to go after someone like Love, and that will take Wiggins.Papa Pugzo said:they need to keep wiggy, plain and simple. if they swatch up love AND keep wiggy. that's a sick dynasty in the making. not saying it's only because of wiggins, but, because they'll have another superstar in the wings once lebron starts to slow.
too much.Mexi said:Klay is so fucking overrated
Id do wiggs, bennett and 2 1sts
they could add corey or jjb or somethingPapa Pugzo said:too much.
Which would be a smart play by Love if his main concern was contending. He doesn't even have to mean it, just say it, the Warriors will back off, and it kills all of Minnesota's leverage.bosoxlover12 said:Like Dan said, Cavs just need Love to demand a trade to Cleveland and it's gonna be just Waiters, Bennett, and a pick, with no Wiggy
Regarding the first part, Cavs have roughly $8-9M in cap. So they just need to move $5-6M to MIN for Loveelcheato said:Not anytime soon. Why trade our young assets when they haven't even played a game with LeBron yet? He's only going to make them look even better, thus more valuable. Minnesota continues to lose leverage as the days pass. If they won't accept a deal without Wiggins, oh well. Holding onto Wiggins isn't the worst thing in the world. If the Wolves really want a package centered around Harrison Barnes and David Lee, watch their franchise crumble and laugh while Wiggins is soaring.
Also: Nearly impossible for the Cavs to match salaries without gutting the roster while Wiggins remains unsigned. And once he signs we cant move him for a month.
No one has brought this up, but what if Wiggins' and his agent refuse to sign the deal until they get a guarantee he wont be traded? Or just hold out until October
