I'm not saying they won't, but I'd rather coach Anthony Davis, because at least there's a chance for a deep run

People act like this is a finished product. Anthony Davis isn't even finished his rookie deal. Whoever is brought in to coach will adjust the roster to fit his style, and we will have max space next offseason. Not to the coach that is actually really good at something. Monty was decent but nothing set him apart.

Bring in Gentry and you know we will be amazing offensively and hopefully he will have a good defensive assistant to coach that end of the floor. Van Gundy can coach you into a good defense and the offensive talent will be enough to get you good results on that end of the court.
