I think he's a pretty good player. 

 
I don't think the Thunder would've offered him 12M a year if they didn't agree. Played quite impressive down the stretch to with us with very little practice.

That QO is only worth like 4 million.  He'd be leaving a lot of money on the table.

With the ability to make up for it in next years TV deal though, baring serious injury of course
