According to Mark Medina of the LA Daily (idk how credible he is) is saying Jimmy Butler wants to sign a 1yr Max deal in LA

Thing is, it couldn't be anything less then 2yrs but sound like the agent is tryna get him outta Chi town

I'm sure Chicago would match but he obviously tryn cash in on that TV deal too..

Who told me Jimmy wouldn't leave? Lol

He can't leave this year; he's an RFA

Gotta read my man.

I know the chance of him leaving are damn near impossible being he's a RFA, I said they'll match

But doesn't mean he can't take the qualifying offer and leave next year

the only way he can sign a one year deal is if he take the QO, i believe. if he does that then there really must be a rift between he and rose because buckets seems like a real calm dude.

Linsanity, Knicks Reunited?
According to Alex Kennedy of Basketball Insiders, Lin could hear from the team that briefly made him a superstar in 2011-12:
Alex Kennedy ✔ @AlexKennedyNBA

There have been rumblings from league sources that the Knicks may pursue free agent Jeremy Lin this summer. No word what they would offer.
9:06 PM - 28 Jun 2015

With the New York Knicks, Lin became a sensation even though he only appeared in 35 of 66 games that season. He averaged a career-high 14.6 points and 6.2 assists per game.

Lin has never been able to match the short superstardom he found in New York, but the 26-year-old has averaged more than 11 points per game in each of the past three seasons. He shot a career-best 36.9 percent from three-point range with the Lakers.

Even though Lin is listed as a point guard, he's better served in a situation that allows him to shoot rather than distribute. He's got the skills to be a very solid bench player who can play quality minutes for a good team, so expect to see teams come calling when they can negotiate with players starting July 1.

Aldridge has an interest in the Raptors, who hold space for a maximum contract offer, sources said. In his free-agent meetings in Los Angeles, Aldridge will be joined by his mother, Georgia.

Nevertheless, the San Antonio Spurs are considered a strong candidate to sign Aldridge out of the Portland Trail Blazers, and the four-time All-Star has several other meetings, too.

Aldridge will consider meeting with the Houston Rockets, among his other sitdowns, sources said. As an unrestricted free agent for the first time, Aldridge only benefits with his due diligence from interested teams.

Widely believed to be the NBAs most attainable superstar free agent, Aldridge had another standout statistical season in his ninth year with the Blazers. The 6-foot-11 forward averaged a career-high 23.4 points, 10.2 rebounds and 1.7 assists.

Would be hella dope if we got LA. Would make the pitch for KD that much easier lmao. But seriously would change the whole perspective of Players not wanting to come up north.

He's probably just listening to everything he can get though.

I don't think there is.
I think Reggie knows he has to wait until Stan makes his moves before we sign him.
Stan did say he was calling Reggie first though when FAcy opens.

if we can make some noise then id be content with locking up our core. thatd be a good boost to the team knowing we care.

LA can't even offer him a one year deal.  If LA wants him, they have to give him a minimum of a three year offer sheet.

I bet on him taking that 1yr qualifying offer

That QO is only worth like 4 million.  He'd be leaving a lot of money on the table.
