Steve Mills? Well, looks like the Knicks won't get the #1 pick.

Starting to come to the realization we are probably gonna end up with one of those euro wings.

Yeah lol.
I'd rather take Frank the Tank than either of those two. If we are gonna take a white dude haha.

But I can't say I know too much about them. I only watched a little bit on Kristaps. Not too impressed. Gonna keep an open mind though.

The Pistons have had good luck in the draft at some points though with some players falling right into their laps. Maybe Winslow falls right to them

That's what I'm hoping. I heard Kristaps stock is rising. Same with Russell and Cauley-Stein.
So hopefully it'll allow Winslow to slide. Or worst case scenario, Johnson.

Justise is such a perfect fit though.

I can see the potential there for sure. But I just can't justify taking a guy who played limited minutes overseas.

I'm expecting to get bumped down though, so anything else would be a pleasant surprise.

at our position, if no one slips, you draft on potential imo. svg would work him enough for him to develop. i like the fit for us with him.

Was there suppose to be a player's name in that post?

Oh yeah. I like him more than Kristaps, but IDK. I'd rather take Wes Johnson over him.

Just wondering, when was the last time a Euro player had an very good immediate impact in Year 1?

Like, the best over the past 10 years is either Giannis or Bargs. Euros hardly ever have that great immediate impact, so I'm always weary of taking one early like that

Exactly. If we had a late lotto like in the 10-14 range, I'd take one in a heartbeat. But IDK. Darko scarred me.

Trading down with Indiana might be a good move then, since they love Cauley-Stein

not a huge talent gap between 8-10 to not take a gamble on a euro.
