TJones has a collapsed lung.

Also, his early season nerve inflammation (drop foot, in this case) injury was career-threatening. Talk about crazy.

I saw a picture of him, Dwight, and someone else in the hospital today.  Didn't know what it was about though.

So apparently Paul George is going to be back by some point next week?

I can't help but feel like he's rushing, but still, good for him. That's incredible

They do when they need the pieces for LeBron to go back to Cleveland and contend.

And they only actually draw three teams in the lottery right? After pick three it's just by record IIRC.
Correct. I don't get how dan says it would be too long; they literally have us wait, as the announcers talk, while they do the lottery behind doors. Then they come out and tell us, in reverse order.

They could easily just talk about the same things they already do, and then do the lotto machine in front of everyone. "The team with the first pick will be... The Orlando Magic.... the team with the third pick will be... the New York Knicks. The remainder of the draft lottery goes as the following: the Minnesota Timberwolves will have the 4th pick...."

And so on. I agree, there is no reason they shouldn't have it viewed publically unless they are indeed rigging them.

I forgot about the order going by record after the first three, but again, there is no suspense. Counting down to 1 makes for much better TV and in the end it's all about money

They conduct it in front of media members and cameras. They'd be doing the same thing in front of the live audience, but if they did it that way there would be no TV show
