I get that their chances of winning with harden playing would be a lot better, but they completely fell apart in the fourth. i don't think it's should be all on harden being suspended.

Obviously, the players on the court tonight are accountable, too. I was simply saying that I hope James uses the likelihood that Houston wins this game with him (as the Rockets are the better team at full strength) as reasoning for making sure he doesn't do something so damn stupid again.

Rockets have no chance in the playoffs. They're too emotional. They'll lose composure after one thing goes wrong.

I agree. It undoes the Clippers every year, too. It'll do the same to Houston.

Steve Kerr loses his cool too often, and the warriors tend to unravel. Thats why I like Blatt. He'll get mad at an official occasionally but he usually has a calm demeanor, and for the most part the Cavs take after that.

Reports say the Celtics are targeting Kevin Love. Anytime you can take less money to play with Marcus Smart and Tyler Zeller instead of LeBron & Kyrie, you just have to do it

....but we have better coaching...

I don't want Love though anymore. Gasol? Hell yeah. But Love provides nothing defensively

Gasol should just resign with the Grizz right now and stop teasing me with the possibility of going to the Knicks, lol. I dont think we are going to sign anyone significant like Gasol or Aldridge.

Based on what? If we're using non NBA coaching credentials, Blatt is probably superior. NBA wise, the book is out on both.

And you can keep saying how you don't want Love anymore, but that's jokes.

it's funny. Those initial couple months still poisoning his reputation. Guy is doing fantastic work now.

LeBron manipulating everyone into giving himself the credit for everything, and the blame to blatt

The Cavs have the most stacked roster in the league, and have had a fairly easy schedule compared to other elite teams in the league over the past ~30 games

You guys have Lebron, Love, Kyrie, Mozgov, JR, Shumpert, Tristain... almost all of these guys would start on Boston's roster. It's the same way I felt about Spo in his first few years with LeBron- dude gets more credit than he deserves due to having an extremely high winning percentage

I have yet to see anyone beat Brad Stevens' side-inbound zone defense. The actual aspect of coaching: calling up plays, creating a scheme, etc, has been superb, and he is much better than any Boston coach at that since the 1980s (Yes, even over Doc)

I am FAR more impressed with what Stevens has done with a roster that currently includes a SF playing PG, a guy who can't shoot playing "shooting guard", a 6'6" PF, a SF playing center, no real team leaders, constant overture between player personnel. Just due to simply who we have on roster, we should not be playing well. If you told me that our main lineup was Tyler Zeller, Jae Crowder, Evan Turner, Avery Bradley, and Marcus Smart, and that we'd actually be in playoff contention... I'd be shocked

The work that Brad has done is unreal. One of the most underrated coaches in the league, by far. My only complaint for him is he needs to fix up the rotations a little bit, and to not leave them out as long. But with what he has, he's done fantastically

The difference with Spo and Blatt is Blatt accomplished far more outside of this Cleveland team. He's a legend overseas. He also took this job before he knew LeBron and Love would come.

I agree that Stevens is doing a fine job but I really think you underestimate just how bad the bottom of the East is. It really isn't that difficult to be in contention for the 7th-8th seed, and you could argue that it's actually counter-productive from a draft pick standpoint.

Blatt's done a wonderful job with the Cavs though. It's going to be overlooked but it shouldn't be.
