Well, they would have beaten the Knicks lol
The Knicks has a ORTG that would have been among the top 5 offenses in the entire league over the course of the entire season. Toronto has to get stops.

This is the NBA, every team can score, aside from Philly. A team that I'm sure every last one of us would consider below average offensively this season would have been amongst the top 10 offenses in the league 15 years ago. If you can't defend, you're going to lose. Hence the 0-5 run.
agreed. it's been a big issue for them throughout the whole season. they don't have the right personnel to be running casey's defensive system either.

Ross, Lowry, Demar, Lou and Vas are all horrible and lazy perimeter defenders, Val has made some strides as a rim protector, but it's still a work in progress. He's also still a shitty pnr defender. Amir still puts in a lot of effort defensively but man, his ankles are done. The only good defender on the team is James Johnson, but he can only do so much.

with that being said, they're a fairly young team so there's still room for improvement on both sides of the floor. they're at least playing competitive basketball this season.

A fine would suffice imo, suspension a bit much. But whatever i dont like james harden anyways, he has a stupid beard. Some people can pull it off and he cant lol.

You know what the defining moment of that game was? When LeBron and James got tied up late in the game and both looked to the official for a call, and just stared at the guy as he stood there and stared back, inviting them to play on. Whoever that official was--he's got my full vote of support. I hope it's a wake up call to both players in that they need to stop fucking whining on the court. I'll give James credit for not bearing nearly as demonstrative as LeBron, but that shit is getting old. Nobody wants to see 10-15 years ago when nearly every call was a grave injustice according to at least one player. While technical fouls may come a little too easy nowadays, I'd rather see that than the constant whining that forced Stern to put stricter policies in place.

You post on here as if every call/non-call is a grave injustice :kobe:

Their arms were locked, I would expect a call too

I'm aware you've changed your stance a bit to complaining about officials, to complaining about the players who complain, and call them bitches

Why not? Who do you even call it on? Bron locked him up but I've never seen that called as an offensive foul. I just figured the official saw LeBron grab James' arm so he let them play on.

Call it on LeBron or call it a double foul. It stopped play unnaturally, should have been whisteled dead. Pretty sure Harden travelled after it too.

double foul. play stopped, harden hopped about four steps forward and then three steps back. even in the roughest of eras of nba basketball, that would have been called. that kind of no call doesnt need to be in the nba.

The Lakers and Pistons had agreed on a trade for Kobe in 2007 but Kobe refused to waive his no-trade clause to go to Detroit lol
