Some things ends way too soon, like the NFL season for many of our NFL franchises. Another example is, well...you get the metaphor.

Discuss your non-playoff qualifying team's offseason in this thread.

Vikings offseason needs: OL and MLB. I'd like to see them take a chance on Sean Lee.

How about everybody else?

Note: the Carolina Panthers, Arizona Cardinals, and Indianapolis Colts also qualify for this thread, as two will get blown out this weekend and the other in the divisional round.

GET RID OF BRADLEY FLETCHER FOR FUCK SAKES.

or at least start boykin. fletcher gave up all 3 of dez' td grabs in the rematch. also we need serious help at MLB. i love kendricks but he needs someone solid inside with him. id say QB but defense takes priority because foles can be a solid starter.

Not a fucking chance Indy gets "blown out"

AJ Green has a concussion, and might not even play, and you think Andy Dalton is going to lead Cincy to a playoff victory?

Andy Dalton's playoff career: 1 TD, 6 INTs, passer rating of 56.2.

They played Indy already this year: 27-0 Colts.

It will probably be a close game, but not a chance that its INDY that gets blown out

If the Bengals can't beat the Colts than they can't beat anybody. The Colts offensive line has been terrible, the defense is very suspect. They have no real running game. It's all on Luck. I don't think the Bengals will blow them out either but I do think it's a winnable game. This Bengals team is way different than the one that lost 27-0 to Indy last time around. At that time, Hill had like 4 carries. Bernard was banged up, it wasn't good all around. All 5 of Indy's losses have come from outside of the division. The best team they've beat all year is between the Ravens and Bengals. Colts schedule has been pretty cupcake and the division has been even more cupcake. Overall, the Bengals are the better team. But whether that means they win remains to be seen. I'll just be happy with a win, even if it's by 1 point and gives me a heart attack.

Also, I can't pin those horrid Dalton numbers on just him. In the last three playoff games, the offensive line has gotten manhandled, the running game was abandoned, WR's were running wrong routes. He's just not gotten any help, either. Dalton needs help, he's not a guy that can carry a team on his own, he needs help and he hasn't gotten it.

A. Indianapolis is fucking terrible. Houston was a better team.

B. Cincinnati is better at 44 other positions, on gameday

C. The Cincy Cycle has to end, at some point.

I retract 44 and convert it to 42--Luck, Davis, and Toler are better than who Cincy has at those positions.

42. That's insane.

Indy's WR2, WR3, WR4, TE1, and TE2 are all better, and while AJ might not play, TY will absolutely play

Indy excels in the passing game, and this is a very strong unit

Unfortunately for their passing excellence, Andrew Luck excels in the turnover unit. Cincinnati could very easily win this game.

You do realize that in 135 less pass attempts (roughly 8 less passes a game), Andy Dalton has more INTs thrown than Luck, right?

What the hell happened to Zac Stacy this year?

I mean, I guess he was never really that good, but he just dropped off a cliff this season.

Redskins made Scot McCloughan their GM, and gave him full personnel control.

McCloughan is the guy that built the 49ers and Seahawks.   If Snyder doesn't stick his jew nose into his business, this could be huge for the future of this team.

He's also an alcoholic, which is two or three steps up from Cerrato and Bruce Allen.
