I don't think Galette and good should be used in the same sentence lol

He's a very good edge rusher.  He's a one trick pony, but his one trick is incredibly valuable.

He seems like he may be out of his mind, though.

Getting him (or not getting him) won't make or break the defense.  I wouldn't be upset if they ended up not landing him, but it would be nice to have another solid pass rusher in the stable.

I really like the Redskins defense this year. New philosophy should do wonders for them

I'd be more comfortable with you running the defense than Haslett, so him being gone is a huge plus.

Then why did you say this in the thread regarding Galette receiving a $41M extension, 10 months ago?

I think it's a great deal. Love me some Juneyah.

Excuse bosox, he's slow to pick up on things.

As a former Saints defender said "he stayed focused long enough to get paid, then the real Junior came out."

Aaron Hernandez was insane. Galette is just an idiot.

But their off-the-field record shouldn't deter from their talent at all. Hernandez was one of the most gifted TEs in NFL history, and threw it away.

Nola thought Galette was worth a $41M contract, which clearly meant he was at least good, according to nola. He predicted "at least 10 sacks" from this past season, which with his 2 safeties he accomplished that goal.

He's a nutcase, and you can be glad he's off the team, but to say now that he was never good is just stupid.

I don't even know what you're talking about, who said he was never good?

Oh I see, "good thug" and good should never be used when talking about Junior.

Reading comprehension and common sense from you would be a sight to see.

His performance on the field had not been talked about once in this thread, so why make the assumption anyone is talking about his play on the field?

Skins signed Galette to a one year vet minimum.  Pretty much a no risk, high reward situation.

Washington has made a ton of pretty smart moves this offseason.  In Scottie Mac we trust.

Dude...for the second or third time

Who here has disputed his talent on the field?

Are you this slow in real life too?

He was charged with driving on a suspended license and two other misdemeanors related to that back on July 7th, or somewhere around there... which was a few weeks prior to his release, I believe.

Fire up the HYPE, Johnny Football played well in a scrimmage hosted by a college program that has three QBs better than him
