PWInsider is reporting that there have been talks of Dolph Ziggler leaving WWE after the Royal Rumble. It's said Ziggler turned down an offer to be a backstage producer in WWE as well. Ziggler has removed any mention of "Dolph Ziggler" off his social media. Right now, January 31st is when Dolphs WWE contract ends. So only time will tell.

if this happens this is one of the biggest "defects" from wwe

Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned additional details on what led to The Revival requesting their releases this week from WWE.

In case you missed it, Bodyslam.net first reported Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson made the request following their match on Raw and Fightful reported that there was fear The Revival were on the way out of the company.
Sources tell us the tag team’s decision to ask for their releases was based on how little time and respect the division is given. We’re told the duo is frustrated about the lack of promos, backstage segments and direction of the division. Not just for themselves, but the entire division … such as the tag match on Monday being used as a cutaway segment.

One source also pointed to The Club being an afterthought on TV after coming to WWE as a major signing and Authors of Pain being absent from television not long after their debut as additional examples.

We’re told the The Revival’s feelings on the subject boiled over on Monday after the tag team champions Bobby Roode/Chad Gable weren’t even featured on the show, so they asked WWE officials for their release. At this point, the request has been denied.

Our sources say there’s been additional communication between the two sides since Monday, but it’s unclear if anything has been resolved.
Also worth noting, one source says The Revival have a “decent amount of time” left on their contracts.

Spoiler: Lars Sullivan’s Status For Tonight’s WWE Raw

Lars Sullivan is set for a mega push in WWE, but he recently experienced an unfortunate setback and then he went back home to Colorado.

Rajah reports that Lars Sullivan was booked to appear on Raw this week even after he suffered from what is believed to be an anxiety attack. The plan is for him to do some sort of pre-taped segment where he will start a WrestleMania feud. It is unknown whether or not they filmed a segment for tonight’s show, but it is supposed to happen
It is said that Sullivan is earmarked to have a match with John Cena. We will have to see what happens next because Vince McMahon still might not be happy about this situation. It is said that Sullivan might have screwed up too badly for things to be fixed. It is also reported that Triple H is taking a lot of the heat for this too.

Speaking of Cena

John Cena Suffers Injury WWE Royal Rumble Status In Question

John Cena appeared on RAW last week and he got in Vince McMahon’s face saying that he will never leave WWE. He remarked about Ruthless Aggression and then he was inserted in the fatal four-way to determine the #1 contender for the Universal Title match at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
Cena wrestled the match and although he didn’t win it, he did give huge props to Finn Balor after he won.

WWE reports that John Cena suffered an ankle injury during RAW last week. They showed footage and you can see that Cena was limping after he hit the AA.

It was said that he re-aggrivated the injury today before RAW. At this time his Royal Rumble status is unknown.

Per Wrestling Soup

Charlotte Flair is expected to win the Womens Royal Rumble and Becky to lose her Championship match against Asuka however, it appears Becky will be entering the Mens Royal Rumble and winning with her the man gimmick.

That better be fake lol

WWE has signed Abyss and Sonjay Dutt according to PWInsider.

An email was sent to the Impact roster informing them of both exits and wishing them well. The belief among multiple people is that they are headed to WWE and will be working there soon. The word is that both exits were amicable and that Impact didnt want to hold them back from the opportunities they received.

DEAN AMBROSE IS RUMORED TO BE LEAVING WWE AFTER WRESTLEMANIA 35:

According to PWTorch Dean Ambrose has given his notice to WWE that he will be finishing up when his current contract expires at the end of April.
He broke the news to management this weekend, including directly in a meeting with Vince McMahon, after being offered a new contract and a raise weeks ago.

Ambrose has been long frustrated with the creative direction of his character and reached a breaking point. One of his colleagues on the roster told PWTorch when asked tonight about Dean’s demeanor lately and if there were any signs of discontent, said “he’s pretty much impossible to read.” He added, though, that Dean “hates hokey sh–” and, since so much of his character has been portrayed as hokey in the last few years, he’s not surprised that would have built up frustration leading to a breaking point."

This also may explain why Ambrose was eliminated so early in the Rumble, why he lost to Seth clean, and why he was sucker punched by Nia tonight.
