kenny omega supposedly received a huge offer from wwe before wk13 and then he announced hes leaving njpw after the event. could be nothing. could be aew, or hes finally coming. kushida is also leaving njpw

My favorite theory floating around is that aew isnt a wrestling promotion, rather a stable and wwe signed them all. id freak out.

Braun Strowman Forgot His Lines On WWE RAW

According to Bryan Alvarez Who said on Wrestling Observer Live, The Monster Among Men forgot his lines On Raw

Yeah, Braun Strowman forget every singe line.
Strowmans a big guy, people like him. He doesnt those trainwreck segments that everybody things is great. The reality is hes not your top guy. He cannot deliver in the ring unless youve got gimmicks. Straight professional wrestling matches I mean hes not top level.

As we saw last night hes not clear to wrestle so he had to do a talking segment and hes not a main event talker. Hes not even close to being a main event talker. Hes forgetting his lines, stumbling through things, it was awkward.

Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com is reporting that Triple H worked hard in an effort to sign The Young Bucks, Cody Rhodes, and Hangman Page. Triple H allegedly had around 12 hours of talks with the Bucks. Page was reportedly offered main roster money to work NXT and wouldve been pushed as one of the brands top stars. The Young Bucks were reportedly offered a deal that wouldve been for a similar amount of money as AJ Styles and Being The Elite wouldve become a regular series on the WWE Network. In addition to that, Meltzer said as well as something Ive never heard WWE concede on, which was a six-month window where they could have left their three-year contract if they wanted and werent happy with their push. It appears that WWE had plans for the Young Bucks with them debuting at the Royal Rumble and having a significant storyline for Wrestlemania 35. The reaction from people within WWE was that it was mind-boggling that the Bucks would not only be offered a deal of that magnitude but also that they would turn down the offer.

Why Braun Strowman Was Pulled From The Universal Title Match At WWE Royal Rumble
On this week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, a huge change was made when Vince McMahon pulled Braun Strowman from the Universal Title match at the Royal Rumble.
Finn Balor later faced off against John Cena, Baron Corbin and Drew McIntyre in the main event, and he earned the right to challenge The Beast at the Royal Rumble when he won the match.

Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Braun Strowman wasn’t pulled due to injury, and Balor replacing Strowman has been the plan for a while.

He noted that when Corbin attacked Braun Strowman at Crown Jewel, the idea was to set up Brock vs. Braun at the Royal Rumble. Then Vince McMahon decided that they weren’t going to have Braun defeat Brock, and that Braun Strowman couldn’t afford to lose another match to Brock Lesnar, so he was pulled.
The decision was than made for Finn Balor to replace Strowman.

Lesnar reportedly wanted to work with Finn Balor a year ago, and he likes to work with guys like Daniel Bryan and AJ Styles because he has his best matches with smaller guys.
It was speculated that WWE promoted Braun vs. Brock for so long even though they knew the match wasn’t going to happen because they thought the match would sell tickets for the Royal Rumble.
Sigh
