Key cog my ass, he had like a 6 ERA in the postseason.
If AJ didn't win game two of the WS last year, we would've been down 0-2 heading into Philly. He stepped up when it counted the most last year.

But he has been beyond putrid this year.

Drabek was unlucky today but he did well against a good team.

Reds clinch a playoff spot last night. Man that is good to see in MLB. I was just a year early in my prediction of them making it. Glad to see them make it and Im definitely going to root for them.

Just so Lincecum can pitch Sunday against the Padres to open, they're pitching him today.

Go Phils if they play the Giants
Otherwise Go Redlegs. But I dont think they have a chance. I'm still surprised they made it

honestly, Scott Rolen is their cleanup hitter. he's having a nice year, but he's not Scott Rolen of old.
and everyone else in their line-up is decent. im talking overall, I love Bruce and Votto is MVP, but Phillips has been bad since the break, Gomes is a nice player, Stubbs is ok. OCab. Good line-up I guess

I guess it's their pitching that gets me
wtf? Bronson Arroyo and his 4 ERA is their ace?
Cueto is ok
Wood is ok
Harang sucks
Homer Bailey missed a ton of time but he's hit or miss
VOlquez has been hit or miss since he came back as well

i just am amazed that they made it. they really overachieved imo
but good for Cincinnati

Oh, Javy — you're somethin' kinda suckish!

It's too bad Sterling never came up with home run calls for all the homers Javy gives up.

"Javy 'nother home run, (name of opponent)!

"It's a Vazq wasteland out there!"

"JV gives it up to the varsity!"

A-Rod now has 14 consecutive seasons with 30 HR's and 100 RBI's.

Chris Perez is gonna be an elite closer next year, well probably already showing he is one now. Hasn't allowed a run since August 6th. 1.71 ERA this year, .66 ERA since the all-star break

Still don't know why the Cards gave up on him. Only 25 years old. We don't have many things to look forward to but he is one player at least lol.

He's playing in some Asian games thing for South Korea this off-season, if South Korea wins he gets an exemption. If South Korea doesn't win, he'll probably just stay here anyway but then he would never be allowed back in South Korea but I'm pretty sure he's already said he has no plans to join the military.
