Gotta love the Magic. Trade the fucker away, get valuable assets, Lakers get screwed.

pretty much how i feel. even with james and whatever other player(s) they sign.

Yeah I feel like if he's going to Houston he mine as well just stay in LA. I mean at least he'll be around players that have championship experience.

I feel like he'll basically have the same role in Houston that he has in LA being a second option, except he'd just be with younger players with less championship experience. Judging from his current age I'm not sure if he has time to waste since teams like the Spurs and Grizzlies don't seem to be regressing anytime soon.

I'm only hoping that he comes to Atlanta because he needs the fresh start and he'll be the centerpiece of the franchise and basically we can build a team that can compliment him well. Plus we're in the Eastern Conference and no one looks unbeatable in our conference for a team with Dwight and Horford down low

They'd be better off trading Horford for guard help if Dwight signed.

Why? Losing Horford would probably be the worst decision we could make right now, regardless of who we get

No sir, only way Josh stays is if Coach Bud thinks he can fit the new system and he decides he'd rather take less money. He's the one I could see on the Rockets to be honest

throw the max at iggy and sit in mediocrity. no players in free agency or no combination of players outside of dwight/cp3/iggy/smoove are going to make your team any better.

Why would we max iggy? lol I actually think that a player like Al Jefferson or even Andrew Bynum would make a big positive impact on our team. I'd even venture to say having Jarrett Jack would make us more efficient. Even Monta would make our team better. There's a number of players that would help us make our team better.

you just listed players who are all going to command max or near max money.

aside from jarret jack. but id rather keep teague than sign jack.

You said no other players would make our team better, I'm saying all of those players would make our team better.

Jarrett Jack would be a player I'd take to compete with Teague for the starting spot, I mean in honest I feel like he's a big reason why the Warriors have such an efficient offense. He's a beast off the bench and has ties to the city of course

The only potential option that Dwight has that would be better than Houston is Golden State, and that's because of their dead on shooters.

Houston is a better option than LAL, Atlanta, Dallas, etc. It's up in the air between Houston and Golden State, but I think the Warriors are a better fit.

If I was Golden State I wouldn't even want Dwight lol he just doesn't fit their culture. How is Houston a better option than Atlanta (let's say with CP) and Dallas though?

I expect CP to stay with LAC, and Houston has a better team than either Dallas or Atlanta, especially Atlanta.

what i was saying is no players will make your team better than its been the past few years, and they wont, and you guys will never be more than a fringe contending team. its not like that's bad because its better than lottery year in-year out.

How is Houston that better than Atlanta? Lol we only got 3 players under contract guaranteed for next year at the moment. What are Houston's strengths that we can't match?

It can't be youth cause we got 4 picks in the draft and a rookie sharpshooter on roster.

Can't be an All-star for Dwight to match up with because Horford accomplished that last season.

Can't be a young point guard with potential because we can get Teague back and he's done better than Jeremy Lin this year.

Can't be coaching because we are just now bringing in a new coach that is a top assistant in the league and has experience with numerous championship teams under a winning franchise.

I don't see anything Houston can offer that we can't to be honest. Unless James Harden is your big determining factor but in that case he might as well stay in LA and try things over again with Kobe, Pau and Steve.
