No, he'd keep us from losing games, which is the goal for the next 2 seasons at least.

Honestly what don't you get about that? It's not rocket science.
Idk man I can't fade this "Lose-Now" method. At least not when you're making another team a near lock for a championship in the next 3 years

Shabazz is a better bet than Teague and Horford combined.

Thing is...you kinda gotta make it out of your conference to face the Lakers if they were to make it to the Finals. And thing is...you kinda don't want to strengthen the players in your division because that only hurts you...

The Magic aren't getting shit anytime soon and they know that so hey, new GM, new start.

Do you really think the Magic are guaranteed a number one pick? Because tbh that's one thing the Magic have had that the Hawks haven't in the past 20 years for sure. I think that changes the way both teams have had to build, funny how neither has gotten a ring though..
If they got a Top 3 pick in each of the next 2 years, they'd get 2 of the following: Shabazz/Zeller/Noel and Jabari/Wiggins/Randle. That's 1000000000x better than Teague/Horford lmfao.

Why the hell does it matter what we make the Lakers.

You must seriously have not seen Wiggins or Randle play, and the fact that 5 out of 6 of the players you've mentioned haven't played a single game makes me laugh at the fact you've mentioned them.

I'm done though, you got your opinion. Enjoy the season.

Horford is 26 and fat, he isn't helping the Magic to win anything.

Bazz is 18 and showing an offensive game we haven't seen since Kobe.

Tell me who you'd rather build a franchise around if you're Orlando

And I damn sure hope you don't say Dough boy Al

Are you really trying to downplay Wiggins and Randle? Where the hell is TYO when I need him.

And who cares if they haven't played in college? LeBron/Kobe/KG/T-Mac etc. never played a game in college and they did okay.

Because the Lakers are in the NBA as well. The goal for most teams is winning a championship, usually helping other teams chances to win one isn't in the agenda but the Magic have done that on another level.

Teams can care less about where they trade as long as they get a package they want or they aren't trading to a rival haha. Plus they didn't trade within their division so that's always a plus.

But are the Magic competing for titles right now? No. By the time the Magic are relevant again, Nash will be retired, Kobe may be as well, Gasol will be with another team, etc.

The goal isn't to worry about what you make ANOTHER team, the goal is to get the best package for YOUR OWN TEAM. I don't think the Magic got a great deal, but I think they took it because they knew they couldn't get anything better.

LOL bro I've seen them play in real life, and talked to TYO while I was doing so. The only player you can really vouch for is Jabari, I'm kind of ashamed that you'd even compare any of the others to Kobe/Bron/KG/T-Mac. They're good but unless your a top 3 pick lock for the next 2 years I don't see why we should even mention them.

You're also talking about these guys like they're finished products. Randle is going to be a BEAST and Wiggins has more star power than Jabari from what I've seen, and I LOVE Jabari. There's a reason they're calling Wiggins the best prospect in the country. All of these players will continue to improve. And they will all be better pros than Al Horford except maybe Noel who I'm not sold on.

Dwight Howard's personality in joining the Lakers will be an interesting development to monitor.

Howard is known for having a personality that often lacks the proper seriousness even during games.

Kevin Garnett often mocked Howard during games.

"Paint your face, clown!" yelled Garnett frequently.

"That will be an interesting dynamic," one ex-teammate of Howard told Yahoo! Sports on Friday. "Not even just with Kobe. I don't think [Steve] Nash and Pau [Gasol] will enjoy that at this point in their career."

By the time the Magic are relevant again I probably won't even be around SI to argue with you about it. On top of that there will probably STILL be another team showing you boys the fade that get to where they will be the same way the Heat, Lakers, Celtics, etc. have gotten to where they have been in the past.

I'm legit done man

The hilarious thing is there isn't one person on the board who agrees with you, and you act like you're in the majority.

If you didn't care you would have stopped posting awhile ago *Jordan shrug*

You clearly care. You clearly wanted your team to get Dwight, and are upset that they didn't. But lying and saying that the Hawks would have given the Magic the best deal is just not necessary at this point.

Good night bro.
