Graveman and Nolin are sort of low ceiling guys, but Barretto has decent potential. I think Beane probably could have gotten a better package for Donaldson. I don't know much about these guys the Jays gave up and if they're highly touted in the minors other than Lawrie, but on the surface this looks like a home run for the Jays. They're making nice moves.
