You guys are underestimating it. Yeah, there'd be longer breaks between a certain team's games but overall it wouldn't be too bad.
How many times do we have 10-14 games on a night nowadays? You could easily get a healthy dose of basketball every night.

Fewer back to backs, fewer players resting, games are worth more, higher quality product.

No, he's just ushering in a new era.

Stern made a lot of changes too

But we are in the midst of a new age of the NBA

I'm not a huge fan of any one NBA team but I know as a diehard Duke fan, only having two games in a week sucks if you follow your team that closely. Especially if one is Monday and the next one is Saturday or something like that. Makes for loooong weeks haha. Duke plays three times this week because of last week's snow-out and it's obviously going to be a tough task but I'm just looking forward to the short turn-arounds to watch them more.

Think it should be like baseball. Either leave out of HS or stay 3 years. No in between.
I don't agree with that at all. You shouldn't be forced to stay, especially if you're not being compensated.

IDK. I just like having as much basketball on as much as possible. Especially with my work schedule, it's hard to watch a lot of the games. But if there is a lot of stuff on, I can watch games whenever I have the chance.

I don't think there is anything wrong with the quality of the games as is.

There's plenty of games where teams mail it in, which I think is his point.

Forcing people to stay doesn't hurt the MLB or the NFL.

It's not about hurting or helping the game, it's about the players. What if a guy felt he just wasn't ready to enter the league, but he ends up dominating his freshman year, and everyone thinks he's ready, but has to wait now?

I would have less of an issue of forcing kids to stay, or making them go at all if they were paid.

Players have come out and said they don't like them though which is my biggest concern. And yeah I notice them.

Right. Like I said, you might notice it more with your favorite team, but as far as the whole league is concerned you'd still get 40+ games a week.

You'd get your fix every night.

Kids leaving early kills college programs though. You can't just look at it from the perspective of the NBA.

Example A: At the start of last season, no one had Shane Larkin tabbed as a early entrant. Ends up breaking out, wins ACC POTY, becomes a first round pick and leaves, which is obviously good for him. But for Miami, Jim Larranaga planned on having Shane Larkin this season. He didn't recruit any high level PG's because of that. When Shane Larkin decided to leave, the majority of recruits had already committed, and Larranaga couldn't do anything about it really. They've ended up starting some mid/low-level recruit who clearly isn't ready to be starting on an ACC team yet.

Works for people that have League Pass but I'm not one of those people.

Not a wide selection though.

I mean some nights, the marquee matchups are going to be Kings v. Bucks and stuff like that.

Eh, not that often. Good scheduling could take care of that.

Who cares about the program? If you want any kind of guarantee or commitment out of them, pay them and they'll probably stay longer
