Simmons playing off-ball in a LeBron offense might be one of the worst basketball fits in the league

If you ignore Simmons
just treat Simmons like a pf. Cuts and inside shots

Remember when we were talking about seeing Draymond make three's? I don't think I've ever seen Shaun Livingston miss one of those mid range jumpers.

Ben Simmons works well because he's a great finisher at the rim, but also because he can take his guy off the dribble. He'll initiate the play at the top of the key, and drive/kick depending if there is help defense.

him without the ball is fairly easy to defend. that's your help defense because you'll have enough time to catch up without the shooting threat.

bron to the sixers only works if james wants to be the off ball PF, not simmons

Thats been my point all along. Same with Houston. If he wants to go to either team, he has to take a smaller role. It cant be LeBron ball.

It also works if they trade Simmons for Kawhi

Point Guard X (or McConnell I guess)/RoCo/Kawhi/Bron/Embiid is an actual threat to the Warriors.
