The fact that in his 5 Finals losses, where he had ~20 starters, I can't think of the 7th (technically 5th) best guy he's played with... Lebron's had a lot less help than most realize

knowing how lebron's window is about 3-5 years, I'd rather keep Simmons for $188M over the next 7 years guaranteed than hope to have Kawhi for $208M over the next 6 years if he even decides to re-sign and not just opt right out

Do the 76ers even have cap space in 2019? I thought this was there only summer where they'd have the space to get a max player, with the exception of trading for one of course

if they dont use the cap this year, they'd have it next year. embiid's extension kicks in this summer when we know they have the space, and simmons' extension kicks in 2020
