Unless the league is going to offer lifetime health insurance to anyone who plays a single snap on a Sunday, there's no way to overpay NFL players.

The league has ton an awful job taking care of the players who were paid much, much less during a way more violent era. But I'm not going to sit here and act like every player who steps on the field someday leaves it with CTE. Regardless, you'll never convince me a pro athlete is worth $15-30M a year.

They're not, but they're not worth less than a teacher, period. Their skill set is much, much less prevalent in the world. For their unique nature, they are worth very much. The owners don't deserve more profit than they already get

NFL players area worth a hell of a lot less than educators. Without educators, NFL players definitely wouldn't be smart enough to comprehend a playbook. Chicken before the egg my friend.

A lot of people can play football. Hell, I'll play for a living. Can't promise it'll be the greatest game ever but I can play football a hell of a lot better than I can teach math or science.

No, not really. I suggest taking a step into reality. I imagine you must be a teacher, anyway

My wife is a teacher. Please give me a reason, other than massive TV contracts, on why pro athletes deserve to be paid in the millions?

Actually, don't. You're over here placing a higher value on pro athletes than educators. As if playing a game for a living is extremely difficult.

Typical Bills man... Get on a roll and then shoot themselves in the foot again one of the worst teams in the league.

The Jags deactivated Fournette today because he missed their team photo.

Anyone else sick of pro sports shoving the military down our throats?

I guess this is camouflage week for veterans day. But don't worry, the NFL doesn't want to get political.

There's more to the story. Either way I don't know what you'd suspend him for, he's not known to be a troublemaker. I hope he didn't do anything too stupid.
