It is truly incredible how helpless LeBron's Eastern Conference opponents have felt over the years. This is a really, really good Toronto team, and they just have no shot. Only team I can see challenging Cleveland in the Eastern Conference is Washington, and they'd have to be absolutely perfect to even make it competitive.
