I had immediate problems with the roster Franconca decided to go with this post season before they played a game, and I've always taken issue with his roster decisions and in game managing. He's a clubhouse manager who I guess is good for morale and brings credibility but he's garbage at everything else. Has weird loyalties for some guys and weird mistrust placed in others
