they need to do something like this. let kids come right from high school. let them get drafted, dont give them their full salary but have them play in the GL for a year or two. they need to have so many practices with the main roster though, maybe make it mandatory they play X amount of games with the main roster too. idk. make the GL a true minor league.

Pumping up the Gleague. It could be even better than it already is.

And guys usually benefit from more than one year out of high school. Too many rashad vaughn's or Archie Goodwin's who just werent ready
