i think his value is overstated (i think he's a slight tier below PG13 and Butler when others suggest he's on the same tier) but you miss the point. he's still at worst an all-star caliber player when healthy.
 
and even if he's not close to full strength, i'd rather have recovering gordon hayward in the 2nd unit than Semi Ojeleye, shooting 30.8% from the field and averaging 2.3ppg. Smart / Rozier / Hayward / Morris / Theis is a really strong second unit, and that's all I'd be looking for Gordon this season. 10-15min a game, and maybe take some pressure off kyrie
