Nat's starting to get a sizable lead on the Mets. The Marlins though seem to be getting better and bette .

3.5 games isnt a sizeable lead, the Cubs leading by 9 games is sizeable.

Dont understand how youre an Islanders/Knicks fan, but a Nats fan. That doesnt make sense lol

Well its slowly gaining is what I meant to say.

And I've been like this for years lol. But I'm not really an islanders fan (don't watch hockey)

I hate how Murphy is raking with the Nats, I miss his hitting especially now with the injuries.

Also, I never understood why bullpens run out onto the field during the mayhem. I ain't about to run out there and get winded if I don't have to.

Mets need to figure shit out soon. This lineup is awful and as always they did nothing in the offseason to address the lack of depth on the bench. Their depth was pretty much Plawecki (unproven), de Aza, Flores and some other unproven/terrible guys. Not smart when you're goal is to win the World Series. 
 
So they really need move prospects like Nimmo & Cecchini to get a big upgrade at the end of the month.
