Took 2 out of 3 in Fenway. Let's go. I would have been satisfied with one.

Red Sox are starting to look very thin-rostered.  We need to start turning things around.

West Coast is basically Canada, so nah. And Boston is a different beast. If anyone there has a decent stretch they're instantly an asset.

But Lindor doesn't get any press either, so

What Mookie did was incredible this past week. Plus JBJ and Xander had some great hitting streaks as well, like the longest since when, 2011?

But you have to admit, there was still way more media coverage/exposure when Mookie did exactly what Seager just did.

Yeah, but the east coast is a bigger market. Serve that first. I imagine (can't honestly say), that most of the west coast is covering Seager's emergence.

it took the media forever to give kersh the his proper treatment. And after 1 strong season from arrieta, they were ready to crown him the best! Most slept on 300 k season ever

Whatever with the sox

But even last year. Kris bryant this. Carlos Correa was immediately the darling of everyone

Id just like to see Corey get his due. Hes better than both those guys...

Correa would mostly have been ignored if he wasn't considered to be the best prospect in baseball, and a former #1 overall pick

I just started reading into the Mariners' offensive numbers yesterday and thought, "wow...this is MLB's best kept secret." Fact is the coverage still revolves around the Yanks and Red Sox.

I agree on that point, but I'm thinking in terms of

1. The Cubs
2. The Ballparks
3. Theo Epstein (think about it: if the Cubs win the WS, he becomes the guy who orchestrated the end of the drought -- and a drought it was -- for both teams).
True, but Theo gets way too much credit for Boston winning the WS and not enough blame for the disaster he left behind.
