Kind of late on it, but am I the only one who was surprised that Jimmy Butler didn't also get booted from the game?
 
I didn't see that part of the game, but just saw the replay of what happened. I feel like refs normally kick out both main factors in situations like that.

Jimmy didn't actually do anything.  Nene started it with the initial shove.  Jimmy just sort of turned him around to talk some trash, then Nene lowered his head, and they butted heads.  Nene then put him in a goddamn headlock.
 
Jimmy did get a tech though.
