I'm really worried how we're going to spend 50 million dollars if we don't get Bron and Bosh back.

Utah will match and Charlotte knows they will match. Purely a PR move foe Charlotte.

Jazz will have nearly 29 million invested in Favors and Hayward next season.  Solid role players for sure, but that leads you nowhere.  Especially in the west.

Probably a couple 2nds, it'd be a salary dump, an they want young talent (Shump/THJ/Early)

Its a big contract, but utah will probably match. if they dont though, i still think its a good deal for charlotte

AlJeff at center, Vonleh/Zeller at the 4. Gordon Hayward and Gerald Henderson start at the wings, with MKG providing a Tony Allen role off the bench, and then my boy Kemba leading the charge.

In the weak East, that could possibly get you homecourt advantage in the playoffs

I think you're overrating a lot of that team. Are they a playoff team in the East? Sure.

But obviously they aren't better than:

Whatever team LeBron goes to
Indiana
healthy Chicago

Young-ish teams like Washington and Toronto are probably still superior, but Charlotte could be in this class maybe with Hayward

and then you have the Brooklyn and New York group who could go either way

McRoberts is an underrated loss though. He did a lot for them.

thats my main point.

yes, Lebron, Indy, and Chicago will be the 1-3 seeds. But I don't see anything that says Toronto will be better than Charlotte; Lowry is their only positional advantage, and Kemba is pretty damn good. Washington could be feisty, and they could be the 4 easily. I see BKN taking a step back, and the Knicks lack a lot of talent to be the 4 seed imo (unless lebron's a knick, but lol)

could possibly get you homecourt means a 4/5 seed, which they are very much in contention for

*DISCLAIMER: when I said HCA, I meant for the first round*

Yeah I knew what you meant. I think Derozan is also a positional advantage over Henderson/Hayward

Trade the Pels need to make to absorb Asik is a done deal. Just have to wait until the 13th so Melvin Ely is trade eligible.
