The Cleveland Cavaliers are pursuing a trade for Minnesota Timberwolves All-Star forward Kevin Love contingent on the signing of LeBron James, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

The Timberwolves will demand Andrew Wiggins, the Cavs' No. 1 overall pick from last month's NBA draft, be a part of any proposed deal, sources told Yahoo Sports.

Yes it has.
Don't understand why we didn't take a shot at a Hayward or Parsons.

why bother throwing max money when we have to deal with josh still. lebron and melo has handicapped everything, and then we have our own site with greg still. not one ounce of me is excited for anything about this team this upcoming season.

Good coach lol.

I think with Stan and the same roster we had last year, we'd probably be closer to the playoffs.
Year of maturation for our youngsters, plus a couple shooters, and a MUCH better coach, I think we see the playoffs next year. Finally get some hope into the team lol.

Though I still think the team is going to be a bit different before the start of the year.

Although that hope that the team will be different is starting to dwindle.

we can't bank on players getting better. i always just assume the same production unless someone was clearly not the same.

stan helps a lot but imo, he hasn't even got to put his mark on this team yet. didn't get to make his first important draft pick, and if meeks is the biggest name he adds... not a good start.

stan isn't my beef though. we're still in flux from dumars.

Well I think it is a given Dre is going to develop a bit more. Not sure about KCP, but if the summer league has shown anything, it is that he seems a bit more comfortable out there. It is only the summer league though, so I guess you can't put too much stock into it. Looks WAY better than last year though. And as you know, this is coming from someone who isn't particularly high on KCP.

Meeks doesn't get me super excited about anything either.
I'm starting to think Stan wants to see what he can do with the current roster, before he makes any big moves. Perhaps he feels like he can make it work, who knows.

But yeah, Dumars put a hold on this team for another few seasons at least.

dre will get better but if the team isn't better around him, ill still find myself not watching games.

kcp looks good but i think it has more to do with him being a step above the competition in SL and a step below in the L. still have hopes for him.

IDK, I just keep banking on the fact that we have our best coach since LB. Hopefully it helps us quite a bit heh.

Pau would be a great short-term addition, but it'd put Taj back on the bench, and I was looking forward to seeing him in a starting role.  He's getting his minutes regardless, so I guess it makes no difference.

The frontcourt rotation would be pretty awesome with Pau and Mirotic.

Did the Raptors not have any money to spend? Seems like they're not really trying to improve their roster this offseason.
