So Pop pretty much has a ton of power on personnel. Dont know the full details though
I know Doc is GM and coach
SVG has power

Now Stein says the Grizz want JVG in the SVG role and Simmons said they want Thibs to do that

Sensing a theme? I think the NBA needs the opposite of this. Sam Hinkie save the day

I'm so unsure how to feel about the Pels rumored interest in Monroe.

I wouldn't give up Ryno for him, but the opportunity to unload Eric Gordon? Idk...

Feel like SVG will do everything in his power to get Ryno

Monroe is so much better than Anderson, jesus.

edit: plus, it allows to play your franchise player at the position he SHOULD be playing.

Do I really have to go through this with you again? Adding the better player on paper is not always what's better for the team, jesus.

read the damn edit, which i posted before you quoted me.

Adding Monroe to your team is best for Anthony Davis, more than anyone else. He needs to be playing PF, not C.

Anderson cant even stay healthy
81 games once, 61 in the lockout year
The rest he misses at least 20 games

1. I started my reply before you edited.

2. Not the least bit true.

Coming into this season he had two consecutive seasons of being healthy. So I'm not worried about it.

He's not healthy now
Like I said, coming into this season. His current (or past, considering he's pretty much fully healed) was a complete fluke. Something that had to happen in a exact way, and it did. Will not have any long term effects on his career.

Wanna know my way of judging trades of Eric Gordon now?

I look at the deal, whether it's a rumor or just created by some average Joe, and I ask myself...am I happy with the return?

If I say yes, then it's not realistic. If I say no it's probably still not realistic.
