My dream off season would be to sign and trade Monroe, which moves Smith to the 4, trading Jennings away for anything, and going hard in free agency for Kyle Lowry and Gordon Hayward (restricted).

Singler + assets from the Monroe and Jennings deals to bolster the bench.
 
It's not good or perfect, but it's a step in the right direction and the roster starts resembling a roster that plays Stan ball.
