Mark Stein has reported that the Jazz are talking about acquiring Bogut, as I predicted yesterday

Although I did say Bogut, Bieds, RJ, 2015 1st for Jeremy Evans and Kevin Murphy, it's still "The Bogut Deal"

Favors is ready to play PF, but idk if Kanter is ready to play C yet. I think he needs one more year, which is why having Bogut makes so much sense, as an expiring deal

i wouldnt be too upset if dwight went to oakland
i want him to go with james harden, but my main thing has been it would be a mistake for him to stay in LA. all the reasons i've seen are just too "homer"
just because the lakers have always won doesnt mean they can't suck at some point

boston sucked for years after bird

They would be the #1 destinations for FA's next year. The only problem I see Howard having right now is D'Antoni and potentially Kobe. I don't think it would be because he thinks they can't win.

its expiring contracts, they aren't going to give you Barnes. If they are going to trade Barnes, it's with Bogut and RJeff for Dwight in a Lakers S&T
Not many teams have the space to absorb those contracts, so you can play hardball.

Houston isn't getting Dwight, I'm telling you. It won't happen. He's shown instances of surprising loyalty over the years, opting in with Orlando. He'll sign in LAL and struggle to get a top 4 seed for the next few years.

You just hate the idea of your favorite team getting significantly better via free agency. That would eat you up inside.

As a Rockets fan, I must say that I think Houston misses out on these Star FA track meets because they pursue too hard, like that person who's so desperate in a relationship that they start writing melodramatic poetry.

Showing desperation is unattractive. I'll be surprised if Dwight signs in Houston, at this point.

Daryl Morey--don't make the Rockets look like the needy girl. Nobody dates the needy girl.

As if it's the same as your what Miami did three summers ago. I don't like it because I don't like Dwight. I'd rather just sign JSmoove and move forward with Smoove/Jones and Asik/Smith at 4 and 5 on the depth chart.

Pretty funny. You ripped Harden all the time before he become a Rocket, and same goes for Dwight. I'd amp up the hate on LeBron, might get lucky next off-season.

Marco Belinelli agreed to a two-year, $6 million contract with the San Antonio Spurs, according to sources.

Belinelli averaged 9.6 points for the Chicago Bulls last season.

The Spurs will be Belinelli's fifth NBA team in six seasons.

San Antonio still hopes to re-sign Gary Neal.

Via Adrian Wojnarowski/Yahoo! Sports
Read on a Spurs forum that Neal is unlikely to be back in San Antonio, he's getting offer sheets that SA wouldn't want to match.

This is Dwight Howard, so no one close to this thing prepared to say they're SURE, but more & more NBA whispers today have Rockets in lead

I'm gonna need Broussard's confirmation before I believe anything.
