Len hasn't even played 70 total minutes yet because of injury, but I wouldn't say he's been bad.  Especially defensively.  He's rebounding at a high rate, playing good help defense, blocking shots, good defending in the post.  And he's shooting 39% offensively, but he's been really efficient in the paint, which is where he should be taking the majority of his shots.
