I'm in total agreement with Pugz. Trying to make Knight into a true PG is a waste of time. He's a combo guard who ideally would give a playoff contender instant offense off the bench. Don't think you can win with him as a starting point who is trusted to create for others unless you're starting another combo guard at SG who takes some of the play making responsibilities away from him.

and anyone with any sort of knowledge would know that two combo guards starting are not winning a championship. it would still be too much "me-first" basketball. im not even calling bk a "me-first" player, he just does not have the vision and thats not really something you learn. you can learn the offense, learn how to run it well, you cant learn vision. everyone wants to compare brandon knight to chauncey billups but it took bullips 8 years to finally catch on, and it was always his scoring that made him a better point guard, not his vision.

according to kobe when hes not on this level if he doesnt retire he can play point guard and average 12 assists a game.

not to say he can't do it or he's a bad passer because he's not. he's a great passer. but when he's overfocused on assists, it's even funnier than when he's in 40 shots mode

i dont think hes a 12 a game guy, but if he wanted to shift over hes too smart to not be a decent point.

His ceiling is 18/12. He'll probably be a 14/11 guy. Just because he had a high PER because he scored against the shitty backups of the Bobcats and Wizards does not mean he is a future HOFer. He's not anywhere that good

hes probably closer to 17/11/2. hes not the same kid you watched at college. and with that 17/11/2 hes going to be the most athletic person on the floor most nights.

but luckily, Henson had 17/25/5 blocks vs them so Milwaukee fans shouldnt feel tooooo bad. idk what to think of Henson either
