Only hope we got is if Andre turns into Dwight like next year, and Knight improves a lot. And we get lucky in the draft lol.

knight said he has to take it easy this offseason so chances are his development is slim, especially if we do fire frank. still want to give him more chance at the point and draft a two, and maybe sign tony allen to give the two less pressure. and wed need to sign a small forward.

im starting to think more and more that knight is a combo off tje bench. if he is though, he will be better than stuckey.

I think he can still play point. Look at Calderon, dude is a great passer but has sucked balls here cause he has no one to pass too. Give Knight a couple of capable shooters and he is put it together.

its not that easy if you dont have the vision. brandon doesnt see the court as well as jose. brandon looks to score first. i still want to give him the chance though. hes been banged up most of the season.

I don't think Knight is the second coming of Rondo or something lol, but I still firmly believe like 7 feeds a game is reasonable.

no its not. his ceiling is like 15/6 and that may take a few more years to get to. 15/6 with two turns a game isnt bad though

He is averaging 4 right now, without playing PG the whole year, and having like 0 shooters on the team. I don't think 3 more assists a game with a couple more scorers is too much to ask for at all lol. Plus he hasn't played with Dre much, while being the PG. Not to mention I feel as if Frank is ruining Knight, by both not letting him play PG, and not utilizing him how he should be. 
 
17/7 is where I see him in a few years. Never going to be a great floor general, but we can still win with him at PG.
 
Really hope Calderon doesn't return next year. Keys need to be given to Knight permanently.

he's played 48 minutes the last like 5 games. crazy
 
this is the respect kobe gets though. i have to say shit like this with them as a 8th seed lol. they wont beat the spurs or okc. but im not even 100% confident in saying that. he's a great one

changing the offense he cant even pick up isnt going to make his development any easier though. he needs to learn the point guard position and that may take 2-3 more years, those are years we do not have.

I don't think he is as far off as you think he is. He made a lot of progress from last year to this year, until Calderon got here. That will hurt is progression more than anything.

I'm in total agreement with Pugz. Trying to make Knight into a true PG is a waste of time. He's a combo guard who ideally would give a playoff contender instant offense off the bench. Don't think you can win with him as a starting point who is trusted to create for others unless you're starting another combo guard at SG who takes some of the play making responsibilities away from him.

according to kobe when hes not on this level if he doesnt retire he can play point guard and average 12 assists a game.
