Your right cheato, easily the best pitcher in the AL this year. But you gotta wonder though if playing on the Royals will hurt his chances?

That's true. I guess Verlander would be a solid choice too though. Zach deserves it though.

Greinke should get it I don't think theres an alternative choice unless he goes down the s-hole in the upcoming weeks

Playing on the Royals will hurt his chances, but his stats are pretty much too good to deny. Just the wins are low because of the team.

CC Sabathia should be the front runner for the AL Cy Young award with the way he has been pitching over the last two months.

And I guess Brett Gardner should win the ROTY even though hes been hurt, and Jeter is the comeback player of the year. Trying to think of other awards.

If Gardner didn't get hurt, he'd be in the running.

Jeter should get AL MVP, not comeback player of the year.

almost as laughable as AJ Burnett being the best pitcher in the AL.

Two months don't mean jack sht when it comes to Cy Young, an award that is based on season performance not two months.

Get over it, there is a better pitcher that doesn't play on the Yankees and it's Zach Greinke hands down..

Sabathia: 16-7, 3.48 ERA, 2 CG, 1 SHO, 199.1 IP, 167 K, 50 BB, 1.134 WHIP
Greinke: 13-8, 2.32 ERA, 6 CG, 3 SHO, 190.1 IP, 202 K, 40 BB, 1.077 WHIP

BUT, since that's not going to do anything for you, i'll use your argument. Last 2 months (July-August)

Sabathia: 8-3, 3.56 ERA, 0 CG, 83.1 IP, 80 K, 18 BB
Greinke: 3-5, 2.88 ERA, 1 CG, 75 IP, 88 K, 22 BB

W/L don't mean jack when you play for teams that can score 10 runs at any given moment
