I'd say in 10 less minutes, Villanueva is almost as good.

I personally think Aldridge is a little overrated.
so i'm not gonna argue.

both are softies, but Aldridge works a little more down low and has a little more D so I'd say he's more than a tad better than CV.

to me LA is Pau lite.

What's funny is if the Lakers got Charlie for the MLE, you would be creaming your pants right now.
Haha, that was a nice little read Rip. But also last season Marcus wasn't always the Blazers second option and he shifted between PF and C.

Yea but being he is stil getting into his own and finding out what type of player to be getting shifted from PF to C is a huge move.

LA>CV

But I think the CV signing was a great move.. yes GREAT

Oh yeah, I'm not trying to debate that Aldridge isn't better than Charlie. Cause I'd rather have Aldridge too, and I do think he is better.

I'm just trying to show that Villanueva could be huge for us.

With Hedo Turkoglu expected to sign with the Raptors, the Magic could make a serious play for Nate Robinson. A source told the New York Post that two of Robinson's most serious inquiries have come from the Lakers and Magic.

The Blazers, Heat and Bulls are believed to have asked about Robinson's services as well.

The Wizards are looking like the favorites to land free-agent guard Stephon Marbury, according to sources.

Washington coach Flip Saunders and Marbury, who spent time together in Minnesota, are intrigued about hooking up again.

The Kings are believed to be interested in Marbury as well.
With Hedo Turkoglu backing out of an agreement, Portland could very well turn their attention towards David Lee.

"We had been talking, but we'll talk now," Lee's agent Mark Bartelstein told The New York Post.

Turkoglu and the Trail Blazers had agreed to terms on a deal that would pay the forward $10 million annually, which is exactly the number Lee is believed to be coveting on the market.

With Turkoglu backing out, Portland has $10 million in cap space that can be used on Lee, who is a restricted free agent.

In addition, Bartelstein claims he's talked to nearly 15 teams that have proposed sign-and-trade deals with the Knicks for Lee.

I hope he signs their, Kobe, Artest and Marbury on the same team? Wouldn't take long until they collapsed.

The Lakers have had interest in Nate Robinson since the trade deadline. I didn't exactly see him as the master of the Triangle. But sometimes we - as in media - take N-Rob for granted. He truly is among the best Sixth Man out there. If he cuts out the oncourt antagonism toward his opponents, they should take him back if they lose Lee. NY Post Blog
OMG.
Nate on the Lakers would be a personal dream <3

i know i was hating on Turkoglu a few days ago but that was just because i think Trevor was a better fit for us. but i gotta say that he's an improvement over what we had and he CAN be our go-to guy so...

i dont understand why washington wants him.

they have gilbert back, mike james, and javaris crittenton.
foye is better as a SG, but he can be a backup point if need be

spend the money on a big IMO

Finally on after my computer f'ed up. I love Gortat signing.

You can say Bass > Gortat, no duh, but, we have Dirk starting there, where as we have Erick Dampier starting at center. Gortat is only 24 will be 25 on opening night, and is more aggresive and hawter then Dampier. This also allows us to package Dampier's 12.1 million expiring with Stack's 7 million expiring for a 19.1 million dollar expiring trade chip for a SG.

Plus Gortat is smooth, hawt, illegal tattoo

The Spurs have agreed to contract terms with Marcus Haislip, a 6-foot-10 former lottery pick of the Milwaukee Bucks.

Haislip has been playing in Europe since the 2005 season.

San Antonio still hopes to sign Rasheed Wallace with their mid-level exception
I didnt even know he was out of the league for that long, hopefully he's reasy now.
