You are super ignorant if you think teams care about increasing a player's WAR value.   The play against 500 teams matters a lot.  It's better talent and the better you play against said talent more than likely means you yourself are a great player.

How can ignornace on this site run so high?

I casted for Eaton.  I want to say since 2014 he's like top 30 in all of baseball in war and #2 in war this year among RF as well as the best fielder regardless of position this year.

Harper is no where to be found this year.  Last year looked like a breakout year.  Maybe it was fluky.  Still too early to tell.

I initially voted Stanton and then re-looked at his performance.  He's a lot of contract there.  I think Betts should have been #1 Harper #2 and then I think I'd go Adam Eaton #3.  He's 2nd behind Betts in WAR.
