the circle idea is good but the circle execution needs work, I would clip the render into the circle and probably get rid of what looks like an inner drop shadow I'm liking the Aggies text, but the Robert Turbin text could work better if it was smaller and a different font

I really like the render effects on this for some reason lol, text placement could be a bit better, and get rid of those stroked lines behind the text or throw a motion blur on them, lookin good though
