when's the last time Philly had a top 2 player at any position?

was it really Iverson? even so, that was like 10 years ago (i feel like kobe and vince were still better)
gotta go back to Dr. J or Moses or Charles

feel really good for them getting Bynum. they're going to be a pain
Hawes/Thad/Nick Young/ET/Wright/Jrue/JRich all on the wing for some open shots

Was talking to my cousin bout how hyped we'd be if we somehow were able to sign Harden next summer. <3

Assuming they all reach potentials, omg.

What's the difference between SG and SF? Positions are totally overrated, 100% agree. He'll (Iggy) play on the wing, bring up the ball a bit, guard the opposing team's best perimeter player.

Tyreke Evans seemed to have a huge problem playing out of position.

Because a ball dominant sophomore coming off a great rookie season at PG is supposed to make a flawless transition to SF?

He was coming off his sophomore slump into his 3rd year, and he regressed even more. It's all player dependent... some can play multiple positions while other's can't

Tell me what the difference is between SG and SF as far as Andre Iguodala is concerned.

He's not a shooter and doesn't space the floor.

He's a better 3, and that's the problem when the team already has two big 3s and a promising young player at the 4 who deserves a lot of minutes.

Gallinari can't spread the floor? Iggy and Gallinari are a great wing duo.

my problem is that Wilson Chandler also deserves a lot of minutes... hence why I don't think this trade is so good until either they make a move or I see it work

The game is changing, it is moving towards small ball, and because of that there are even more minutes to go around. You could go small and have Gallo or Chandler play the four while doing it.

There's a lot of minutes to go around, I'd even venture to say you can play those three guys together, small ball.
well gallo at the four isnt really small but yea its either that route or iggy at the point for a few minutes a game.

You get what I'm saying though lol. Heck, just last year I want to say Gallo played about 20% of his minutes at the four.

A lineup of Lawson, Iggy, Chandler, Gallo, McGee? That's a lineup that can do a lot of things for you.
