I'm not ignoring logic. Logic says, there are plenty of minutes to go around. Corey Brewer always getting 20 minutes per game is irrelevant, Karl will put the best players on the floor. They traded away Al Harrington who averaged 28 minutes per game, they traded Arron Afflalo who averaged 34 minutes per game last year. They replaced him with a guy who will be a fantastic fit next to Gallo, and they also hugely upgraded their teams biggest downfall, perimeter defense. Karl will play the best guys, stop trying to make it more complicated then that. You can peg any of those guys as a SG or SF, but they'll all see time at multiple positions, that's just where the league is headed.

Right now their wing players are Iggy, Gallo, Chandler, Brewer, Fournier, Hamilton, and Miller. You may as well just throw out those last three, because they weren't getting meaningful minutes before the trade and they won't get it after. That leaves Iggy, Gallo, Chandler, and Brewer. All guys that are very versatile and can play multiple positions. There are plenty of minutes to go around.
You're ignoring player personalities and playing styles. This isn't a sim league.

You're acting like this is a sure thing and not addressing any of the problems created with the trade. Like Iggy's history of poor SG play, the breakout of Faried, the return of Wilson Chandler, lack of back up SG, etc. Just because the Spurs, Thunder, and Heat found success with versatile lineups does not mean other teams will successfully follow the same route. To play that way requires players willing and able to play outside of their comfort zone and go against habits that have been developed over years, and it requires those players to practice the skills used in their secondary positions. Not every player has the natural advantages of LeBron or Durant to play the 3 and 4. They are freaks of nature.

I haven't said they won't be successful. I'm asking questions because I'm withholding judgement because there are certain issues that can't be answered until they take court or more moves are made. Conjecture of "there's enough minutes because he'll play the best players" isn't enough, sometimes players struggle when asked to play a different or reduced role. That cannot be answered until the season begins.

You must not watch very much basketball if you think those are the teams who successfully play small ball and those guys can play multiple positions because they're freaks of nature. They play multiple positions because of the game, not because of how gifted they are. It's coaching, strategy.

Like I already stated, Gallo played plenty of PF for the Nuggets last year, Faried played plenty of C last year, Chandler has played PF for the Nuggets, Afflalo logged a lot of minutes at SF last year. Heck, even Jordan Hamilton who barely played logged nearly as many minutes at SG that he did at SF. The list goes on and on.

afflalo played sf for detroit when he was a rookie too. its because of his defense. dub and gallo both have the size to play the four spot too.

i dont like the dancing. the picture of them posing with the dumb faces and all of them holding their medals and doing hand gestures looks bad too. something like that should be professional since it represents our country.

but, they had fun. whatever, cant knock it too much.

Future Laker Kevin Love doesn't need to dance

I wish Derrick Rose was there. I can't imagine him doing what they're all doing

Looks squareish haha, literally though. Looks good from the picture for sure though. They kind of look like the Spurs with that court.

John Salley is spitting the most idiotic stuff I've ever heard on First Take right now.

That's pretty hard to do when Skip Bayless is on the show five days a week, but Spider Salley just took the cake.
